Enter an address – Compass pulls the property and hazard data and fills replacement cost estimators across your carriers. Upload the quotes – Compass runs a coverage check on every one before binding, generates a standardized proposal with disclosures, places the signature fields, and sends the packet for e-signature in one click. Every submission is tracked, searchable, and auditable.
Every step is timestamped and auditable – what was flagged, what was disclosed, who signed.
The Broker Decides
Before any submission moves to e-sign, Compass reviews uploaded quotes and flags coverage issues – material differences, missing forms, language that affects how a claim is paid. Flagged issues require the user to acknowledge and accept before continuing. Every acceptance is logged with who did it and when.
Works Alongside
Your AMS
Compass handles the submission workflow. It does not replace your agency management system or your carrier portals. Data fields are copyable into your existing systems. Documents export as standard PDFs. Login is per-user with admin visibility across the agency.
