Software that helps agencies catch errors and [place] risk.

Incepta is building data-enabled submissions intelligence
for insurance agencies in niche markets.

Our Implementation Frameworks

[1]

Studio

Studio compares quotes against one another, the application, and the expiring policy to identify coverage changes, application mismatches, missing endorsements, and name/date errors. Each finding cites the relevant forms and source documents for broker review. Studio persistently tracks remediation during broker review and carries unresolved coverage issues into written disclosure at bind.

[2]

Iris

Iris is E Sign built for insurance agencies. It reads insurance documents, places signature, date, checkbox, and coverage selection fields where they belong, and assigns them to the correct recipients. Agents review the packet, make any changes, and send it for signature.

[3]

Compass

Compass is an agency submissions platform – it pulls the property data, fills the estimators, checks every quote for coverage issues, and sends the proposal for e-signature with important caveats disclosed to the insured. Nothing gets bound unchecked.

Markets are evolving quickly, and carriers are increasingly pushing risk down to the agency. We see it time and again: agencies that take matters into their own hands are usually the ones most equipped to handle those changes, and sometimes even to benefit from them.

Our Relationship Starts With Research

/0.1

Discovery

We sit with your team to understand how the agency operates: data sources, quoting workflows, renewal cycles, intake processes, claims handling, etc. We start as consultants.

/0.2

Determine Impact

Where is time wasted? Where are errors dangerous? Are humans performing work AI could handle? We identify automation targets, then evaluate the cost of those inefficiencies to prioritize implementation.

/0.3

Prepare Whitepaper

Proper implementation requires a strategic plan for adoption that accounts for long-term effects against current processes, consumer behavior, internal culture, and projected technology developments.
