Privacy Policy

Incepta Logic Inc. ("Incepta," "we," "us") builds software for insurance professionals. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the controls available to users of our products (including Compass, Studio, and Iris) and visitors to inceptapartners.com.

01Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email, agency), documents you upload to our products, and communications sent through contact forms. We also collect limited operational telemetry – login times, feature usage, and error reports – to keep the products working.

02How We Use Information

• To deliver and maintain the services you use.
• To generate the broker- and client-facing outputs you request.
• To respond to support inquiries and operational communications.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

03Policy Documents & Uploaded Data

Incepta does not train models on customer documents. Uploaded policies, quotes, and related artifacts are stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Data is segregated per deployment and is not shared across customers.

04Sharing

We share information only with service providers who operate under contractual confidentiality (cloud hosting, transactional email, e-signature, observability). We do not sell personal information.

05Retention

Account information is retained for the life of the account. Uploaded documents follow the retention window configured by your agency administrator. Telemetry is retained for up to 24 months.

06Your Choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by writing to privacy@inceptapartners.com. Agency administrators can manage per-user access from the Compass admin panel.
